At Bonney, our installation warranty is for a full 10 years in writing on any new system as long as the equipment is properly maintained.  This warranty guarantees the craftsmanship of our installation and offers customers the “Bonney Promise,” a worry free guarantee that states no matter what the problem, Bonney will fix it. We’ve been in business for over 30 years, which means that we’ll be here tomorrow  to service and maintain the equipment we install today. Bonney also includes free tune-up maintenance for one full year on any new system we install.

2. Does the HVAC company disclose the total cost of the job upfront?
At Bonney we will show you the cost before we start the job and new system estimates are always free!

3. Does the HVAC company make you wait for hours before the technician arrives?
At Bonney we call our customers when our technicians are on the way, up to 45 minutes in advance, so you know when to expect us. We’ll even call your cell or work phone if you’d prefer to meet us at your home four our appointment.

4. If you have an emergency, will the HVAC company charge you extra for holidays or weekends?
Bonney is open Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays (except Christmas) and does not charge overtime for service calls on these days.
